    A few tricks for neophytes

Color: always look at it against a white background.

The nose: in order to sense the complexity of the nose, I advise you to smell it without agitating it ( a la place de it tu devrais dire the glass) and then begin to swirl. a wine vinified with laboratory-selected yeasts will give two similar noses. on the contrary, a wine that has been produced organically and vinified with natural yeasts will yield two different, complex noses.

Smell the nose of the empty glass: in order to recognize the purity of a wine, smell the glass emptied of its wine. If it is pure, these aromas will (reveal the scent of a fruit) smell of fruit. on the contrary, if the wine maker has used too many chemical products, the nose of the empty glass will smell of (a)burnt rub- ber.

Bubbling: during the tasting, I advise you to draw in air. bubbling air over the wine in the mouth makes it possible to amplify the aromas and the retro-olfaction.

Retro-olfaction: this is the return to the mouth after deglutition (swal- lowing). It is more intense when the wine is organically produced and vinified naturally.

These 5 tricks are the basis for tasting and will allow you to surprise your friends.

The big different and my course and another course

Many teacher of wines come from WSET.  But WSET (who is the greatest school of the world) forgets for me the most important thing :

the different between first nose and second nose

    the complexity from after taste

the recognizing of chemicals in wine

    Clos des Moussis Margaux

    the goal of this course

How can you can recognize  pure wine. Pure wine is a wine without return of additives or chemicals. Pure wine comes from organic farming with natural yeast. the wine has a long and complex after taste.  But every organic and natural wine are not pure. This course is surprising and everybody can learn fast.
