Bichot's home is one of the greatest estate in terms of hectares of Burgundy. Since 2000, their policy on viticulture and winemaking has changed dramatically: They do not use chemical weed killer nor chemical  yeast. Between 2000 and 2005, you will find some nice surprises like Corton-Charlemagne 2004, 2003 Pommard Clos des Ursulines 2003, Nuits-Saint-Georges crots 2003 .... From the 2005 vintage, the wine has a better consistent results. In 2009, nine wines will come from organic farming. Their previous image of a standard and banal domain always stick to their skin. Corton Charlemagne ** 08
His color is yellow. The nose is semi complex
The attack is ample, the medium is ample, semi long and a little closed. The retro-olfaction is mineral and complex. This wine is male with a nice minerality. The Corton should be decanted or forgotten in cellar for two more years

Beaune Clos des mouches 07 ***
His color is yellow, his nose is nice and open. This fat wine is ample, semi long with a nice minerality. This wine is tasty, semi long with a beautifull retro-olfacton. For your pleasure, you can drink this wine now. 

Chablis Grand Cru 2009 Moutone **
His color is yellow , the nose is still closed. The attack is ample, the middle is fat, rich and long. The retro-olfaction is complex, but the mineral is discrete. This powerful wine and ample gives the best Moutone that I tasted. It may be kept several years in cellar.

 Vosne Romanee Malconsorts 08** 

The color is semi intense cherry. The Attack is ample. The middle is semi expanded and long in the mouth. The retro-olfaction is mineral and semi complex. This elegant wine that can be drunk now has fine tannins.
